Claims

Something happened. We're here to help.

Whether it's an auto collision, property damage, a liability incident, or a trucking claim — reach out and we'll help you through the next steps.

Life-threatening emergency?

Always call 911 first. Your safety comes before any paperwork or reporting requirement.

What to do

Four steps to a smoother claim.

1. Ensure everyone is safe

If anyone is injured or in danger, call 911 first. Move to a safe location before doing anything else.

2. Document the incident

Take photos, note the time and location, and collect names and contact details of anyone involved or any witnesses.

3. Report as soon as possible

Most policies require timely notice. Contact Countyline or your insurer's claims line right away — even if you're not sure whether to file.

4. Let us guide you

We help interpret your policy, coordinate with the adjuster, and advocate for a fair outcome. You don't navigate the process alone.

ICBC Auto Claims

For BC auto claims, ICBC is your first call.

ICBC handles the Basic Autoplan claim directly. Report to them immediately, then loop us in — we'll coordinate any optional coverage you carry through Countyline.

Verify claims phone numbers with your ICBC materials — ICBC updates its contact information from time to time.
